Our Products
- Glass bottled milk- "Real Milk"- Our milk is pasteurized without any additives or artificial hormones. We do not homogenize our milk because we like keeping our products as natural as possible. This allows the cream to rise to the top. Give your bottle a gentle shake before drinking it for a smooth consistency. We think you will agree ... this is what milk is supposed to taste like!!! We offer our milk in Whole, Naturally Reduced Fat and Chocolate. Our milk is available in half gallon and quart size glass or plastic bottles. Our milk is given a two week shelf life once it is processed.
- Creole Cream Cheese- This is a wet skim milk cheese curd surrounded in a heavy cream bath. Slow Food recognized Kenny for bringing this legendary New Orleans cheese out of 'extinction'. Southern Foodways Alliance awarded Kenny The Guardian of Tradition award in 2006.
- Plain Yogurt- made from whole milk, it is rich, creamy, smooth, simply delicious!! Fabulous paired with Milklady's granola!!
- Heavy Cream- no additives or preservatives, 'true' heavy cream, available when we have enough cream. Fabulous when paired with coffee, desserts or 'used like southerners' ... on top of homemade biscuits!!!
- Butter- fresh, unsalted, made in the kitchen on our farm with our own cream, available when we have enough cream
- Farmstead Cheeses- specialty cheeses produced on our farm with our fresh high quality milk. The cheeses we produce are as follows: Farmhouse Cheddar, Queso, Mozzarella, Ricotta Salata
- Milklady Cheesecakes- 'Simply a slice of Delight!!'- made with our very own creole cream cheese, we offer them in 5, 7, 8 and 9 inch sizes and have assorted toppings upon request (Strawberry, Cherry, Blueberry, Chocolate, White Chocolate Strawberry, Turtle, Pumpkin, White Chocolate Peppermint, and others)
